Lake Lease Website

Residents interested in reading legal documents having to do with the Lake Lease and ongoing litigation between the Canyon Lake Property Owners Association and Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District can find the documents and other information in a website accessed through www.canyonlakepoa.com. Most recently added is “Reporter’s Transcript of Proceedings” from the November 4 meeting before the Honorable Daniel A. Ottolia. According to that document, the next Case Management Conference is scheduled for February 4.

New Playgrounds Coming

One of Canyon Lake’s busiest parks, Holiday Harbor, will receive a new playground in January. Construction at the playground is scheduled to start on January 11, and the project should take about three weeks to complete. During construction, residents are asked to avoid the playground area at this park. Signs will be posted to notify residents of the work.

In July, the Board approved replacing the playground at Steel Head Park. The playground equipment has been selected and the Association is coordinating the order and installation schedule.
