Need a break from hustle, bustle? Try the Library

At the Library, Miss Ginny’s Preschool Craft and Story Time celebrated National Cookie Day with fun activities. The book, “If You Give a Mouse a Cookie,” was the inspiration for the mouse craft the children constructed as a take-home treat.

The North Pole is the theme for the next Preschool Story Time on Friday, December 18, at 11:30 a.m. in the City Multi-Purpose Room/Council Chamber. The North Pole program will include a special frozen treat courtesy of Yogurt Land, Lake Elsinore. Polar bears, stories, music, crafts and a treat – what’s a better way to enjoy the season?

Toddler Story Times also is held at the Library. The story time for children under 3 years of age meets 11 a.m. every Monday and includes stories and other activities for the little ones.

Monday, December 21, Spanish Time will again meet for fun activities with Spanish language activities.

Stop by the Library, learn about the free programs, try a computer and check out books, magazines, audio books and movies.
