POA Notes

Holiday Harbor Dock

A new dock has been delivered and will be installed at Holiday Harbor on November 30. The new dock is assembled and in place next to the old dock, but is not available for use at this time. In the interim, the old dock remains open for use. Both docks will be temporarily closed during the installation process. Please follow all posted signage.

Replacing the dock at Holiday Harbor was approved by the Board of Directors in May. Replacing select docks in the community is part of the Association’s Beautification Initiative that was introduced by General Manager Christopher Mitchell.

Pre-Printed Guest Passes

As the holidays approach, members are encouraged to request pre-printed guest passes for parties larger than 10. To do so, submit a list at the Member Services counter which includes the following information:

  1. Date(s) of event
  2. Contact phone number
  3. First and last name of the driver(s)

It is important to note that during the major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, 4th of July) requests for pre-printed passes need to be submitted a week before the holiday.

Dog Park

The Dog Park Plot Plan currently is being reviewed by the City of Canyon Lake. The plan is to build the dog park on the full length of the dirt area adjacent to the East Port boat launch parking lot, dividing it into two fenced areas for large and small dogs and including shaded areas for seating.
