Seniors invited to Christmas, New Year’s Eve celebrations

Canyon Lake seniors 55 years and older are invited to a Christmas dinner party at the Senior Center on Sunday, December 13, with seating beginning at 4:30 p.m. and dinner at 5. The Choraleers will be providing the evening’s entertainment starting at 6:30. There is no charge for this event; however, reservations are limited to the first 75 people to sign up at the POA Office. Reservations will be accepted starting Monday, November 9.

New Year’s Eve

Canyon Lake seniors are counting down to New Year’s Eve when the Senior Center will host a party for the 55-plus bunch. All are invited to enjoy a catered, sit-down dinner and DJ music. Seating is limited; tickets will go on sale December 14 in the POA Office.

Spokesperson Marjean Marich says, “Don’t spend another ho hum New Year’s Eve at home by yourself! Singles and couples, dress up, kick up your heels, laugh and be merry by joining the party at the Senior Center.”
