Canyon Lake resident Bo Linton participated in the Hollywood premier for a new a TV Series, “Sangre Negra,” in which he plays an assistant district attorney named Ryan Cadehey.
Bo says, “I love my character and his moral aptitude. It is my passion to bust Ricky Santos, sending a message to the crime families in LA that they will not be tolerated.” Bo’s mentor, District Attorney Lee Mondrian, is played by Oscar nominee Eric Roberts.
According to abc.com, the producer of “Sangre Negra,” a privately-financed show, promises to bring diversity to TV. Ricardo Herranz is one of the stars and one of the producers of the show. ABC says, “The makers consider it a kind of cross between ‘The Sopranos’ and ‘Dallas,’ and they’re especially proud that it boasts a cast of many colors.”
Bo says the show will start airing next month on Dish, Verizon and MiCasa Network. MiCasa Network has scheduled the first episode on September 18.
