Steven Elmer Lokus passed away at home on May 19, 2015. He was born June 1, 1940 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Steven served four years in the U.S. Navy. He worked in the construction business for 50-plus years. He and his wife, Linda, lived in Canyon Lake for 25 years, where he was involved in Canyon Lake Little League and was a member of the Yacht Club. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Steven is survived by his wife Linda of 53 years; daughters, Shaun Cook and Sheree Green; son, Steven Lokus; nine grandchildren, Paul, Nicole, Cherylyn, Stevey, Nicholas, Sabrina, Connor, Bryce, Haley; and one great-grandson, Maddox. He will be missed dearly.

A celebration of life will be held June 12, at 4 p.m. at American Legion Post 742, 1557 Yorba St. in Corona. Flowers can be sent to Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd. in Riverside. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the American Heart Association.
