Women’s Sr Championship

Golfers are invited to sign up for the Senior Championship for women 50 and over, scheduled for May 12 and 19. Recognition will go to flighted gross and net winners plus low gross winner over the field. The cost of $35 includes lunch. Sign up by May in the Golf Pro Shop.

The Nomads at Soboba

The Nomads is a group of golfers that travels to local area courses on the days that the Canyon Lake course is closed for maintenance.

The next Maintenance Day will be on Monday, May 12, and the group will be playing the Dos Lagos Golf Course. The cost is $40, including entry fee, green fee and a cart. There is always an optional 18 Maximum $5 skins game.

After Lunch Bunch

The After Lunch Bunch’s weekly game is open to all Canyon Lakers with an established handicap.

Signups take place between 8:30 and 9:15 a.m. on Friday mornings in the Magnolia Room. The entry fee is $5; there is an optional skins game for an additional $5. For more information or to signup by phone call 951-249-4565 or 951-237-6102.

9ers Golf

The 9ers Golf Club is a member of the Women’s Southern California Golf Association. The group tees off at 10 a.m. on Thursdays for nine holes of golf. Any level golfer is welcome, including those who’ve only had a few lessons. Be in the Magnolia Room 30 minutes before tee time. Family Golf Club

The Family Golf Club is a member of the Southern California Golf Association (SCGA). It holds open meetings the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Magnolia Room at the Country Club.  Members play Wednesday afternoons.

Women’s Golf

The Women’s Golf Club meets regularly on Tuesdays to play 18 holes of golf. CLWGC is a member of the Women’s Southern California Golf Association, responsible for handicapping services for members. Applications are available in the Pro Shop.
