Sponsors sought for ‘Fiesta Under the Big Top’ Fiesta Day activities and entertainment

Looking for a good way to bring attention to your business? One of the most well-attended events in the community is coming up in May. The 43rd annual Fiesta Day will be on May 23, with the theme, “Fiesta Under The Big Top.” The Fiesta Day Committee is seeking event sponsors that can help them secure activities and entertainment for the event.

Four different sponsorship levels are available this year, starting at just $250. While each package is different, all sponsors will receive publicity through event promotional material and recognition at the event. Additionally, they have the opportunity to market their services to the more than 5,000 spectators that come out for the event.

• Platinum Sponsor $1,000 – Sponsors in this category receive a 6-ft. by 10-ft. banner (that they can keep), booth during the event, and honorable mention during the parade. Further, their name or company logo will be displayed on event promotional material.
• Diamond Sponsor $750 – Sponsors in this category receive a 4-ft. by 8-ft. banner (that they can keep), a booth during the event, and honorable mention during the parade. Further, their name or company logo will be displayed on event promotional material.
• Silver Sponsor $500 – Sponsors in this category will receive a 2-ft. by 6-ft. banner (that they can keep) hung in the Kids Zone, a booth during the event, and honorable mention during the parade. Further, their name or company logo will be displayed on event promotional material.
• Bronze Sponsor $250 – Sponsors in this category receive honorable mention during the parade. Further, their company logo will be displayed on event promotional material.

Vendor Booths

In addition to the sponsorship opportunities, there are more than 100 booth spaces available this year. Booth spaces are 12-ft. by 12-ft. and should be decorated to fit the theme, “Fiesta Under The Big Top.” There will be a prize and blue ribbon given to the booth with the best display of this year’s theme.

Booth space does not include canopy, tables, chairs or electrical cords. Additionally, only the item specified on the application and approved by the Fiesta Day Committee can be sold or displayed. The vendor application can be found at www.canyonlakepoa.com. The application deadline is Friday, May 1.

There will be a mandatory vendor meeting on Monday, May 18, at 6 p.m. for food and drink vendors only, and at 7 p.m. for all other vendors. It will be held in the POA Conference Room.
