Visit Canyon Lake Library for variety of programs

The Library offers programs for all ages, but children especially have several opportunities to gather for fun and learning experiences. Toddler Story Time is every Monday at 11 a.m. Preschool Craft and Story Time is every other Friday at 11:30 a.m. Beginning Spanish Language Class for grades K through 5 is the first and third Mondays at 3 p.m.; and a Family Movie Night is held once a month with free popcorn.

April offers another important date for children when libraries everywhere celebrate Día De Los Niños, Día Di Libros, a celebration of children and books around the world. This year’s celebration will take place on April 27.

Stop by the LIbrary, learn about the free programs, try a computer and check out books, magazines, audio books and movies. It’s located at the back of City Hall.

Library hours are Monday, 10 to 7; Wednesday, 10 to 6; Friday, 10 to 6; and Saturday, 10 to 3. Computer service ends 15 minutes before closing time. For more information, call the Library at 951-244-9181.
