Spring has sprung at the Canyon Lake Library

Stories about ducks and bunnies, plus “Big Hero 6” and more, are coming up at the Canyon Lake Library.

Today, March 27, at 11:30 a.m. Preschool Craft and Story Time with Miss Ginny Furnish will feature stories, music and a craft in the theme of bunnies and ducks.

On Monday, March 30, two activities are planned: Toddler Story Time will meet at 11 a.m., and Family Movie Night featuring “Big Hero Six” and free popcorn will start at 4 p.m.

On Wednesday, Wednesday, April 1, the Canyon Lake Knitters may have to fool around a bit when their program begins at 11 a.m.

Monday, April 6, is the first Monday of the month and that means it’s time for Miss Stephanie and Spanish Time. This program meets for approximately one hour at 3 p.m. on the first and third Monday of the month. It’s a fun way for grades K-5 children to learn Spanish language words and concepts.

All Library programs are free and available to the community. The Canyon Lake Library is a branch of the Riverside County Library System. It is located in the City Hall building at the Towne Center.

Library hours are Monday, 10 to 7; Wednesday, 10 to 6; Friday, 10 to 6; and Saturday, 10 to 3. Computer service ends 15 minutes before closing time. For more information, call the Library at 951-244-9181.
