New Member Tourney winners announced

The Tennis Club congratulates the winners of the Tennis Club’s New Member Tournament, held Saturday, January 10. Pictured here, winners were Mary Jaramillo, Becky Gagnon, Marilyn Stovall, Jim Barringham, Brian Wood (shown is Tom Bol, standing in), Nancy Contreras, Val Gambina, Dustin, Hal Graves and John Hodges.

The club’s next tournament is the Valentine’s Double Mixer on February 7, at 8 a.m. Players are encouraged to wear red. The fee to participate in the tournament is $10 per member; the registration deadline is Wednesday, September 17. To sign up, contact Kathy Clark at 760-413-7817.

The Tennis Club invites residents to come out for Social Play on Mondays and Fridays at 9 a.m. It is open to all levels of players and is a way to meet other players without committing to a schedule. For more information, contact Dave Harrigan at 746-3460 or davenjean@canyontennis.net.
