Letter: Lake Lease

Editor, The Friday Flyer:

In regards to our infamous Lake Lease debacle and also last week’s “Greedy Lawyers“ comments by Jim Parsons, I would certainly think it’s time to provide our dues-paying citizens with some status on this issue.

Making no movement on this issue by either entity, EVMWD or CLPOA, is not only irresponsible but borders on stupidity. I strongly urge that the “powers-that-be” get off dead-center on this critical problem and move toward a solution.

If they can’t do that, at least advise the community as to what efforts are in progress to resolve this real but “fixable” problem.
