In Memoriam: Robert Letham

Robert Letham passed away at home January 30, 2016, with family by his side.

He was born March 20, 1926, in Glasgow, Scotland. He served in the Royal Navy as a radio operator in WWII. He had a long, distinguished career with Coca Cola as a mechanical and systems engineer.

A longtime resident of Canyon Lake, Bob was an avid golfer and member of the Tuesday Work Group.

He is survived by sons Alistair and Neil; granddaughter Kirsten; daughters-in-law Kathleen and Karen; sisters Elizabeth, Helen and Barbara; and brother Maxwell.

Services will be held tomorrow, February 6, at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel at Canyon Lake Community Church. A reception will follow, from 1 to 3 p.m., at the Canyon Lake Lodge Pool View Room.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Graceland Hospice or the Alzheimer’s Association.
