The story takes place at the Paris Opera House in the late 1800s to early 1900s, where far beneath the majesty and splendor of the stage, hides the Phantom in a shadowy existence. Shamed by his physical scars and feared by all, the love he holds for his beautiful protegée, Christine, is so strong that even her heart can’ t resist. However, as Christine’s star rises, a handsome suitor from her past enters the picture and the Phantom grows mad, terrorizing the opera house company with his murderous ways. Still, Christine finds herself drawn to the “Angel of Music.”
