Shear Bliss is very pleased to have two new hair stylists working at the salon. Su Bargar and Toni Broten worked together at their previous salon before it closed. Su and Toni are delighted to be working with Shear Bliss owner Laura Hegland and to be working in the city they both love.

“I love the feel here (at Shear Bliss),” says Su. A Canyon Lake resident for more than 10 years, Su has 31 years experience as a stylist and even ran a beauty school for six years. She specializes in precision cuts and color. Sue is also a mom with a 16-year-old daughter.

Toni, who has been a resident for 23 years, says the salon and the people are “so welcoming!” Toni has been working as a stylist for 25 years. Her specialties are highlights and color. Toni is also a mom with three children: daughters Makenna and Brea and son Blaike.

As a “heads-up” to those working in the Towne Center, once a month, Su and Toni say they will be popping in to undisclosed businesses to “hold-up” someone in that business for a a surprise hair makeover . Their first “victim” is The Friday Flyer reporter Donna Kupke. Watch for her before and after photos!
