At the Lighthouse: Enjoy Superbowl XLVI with pizza and pasta


Enjoy the food and ambiance of Sunday Brunch at the Lighthouse Restaurant.

The Lighthouse Restaurant will remain open post Sunday Brunch on Superbowl Sunday. A buffet of pizza and cooked-to-order pasta with salads, chicken wings, chips and dip, and other items will be offered for $11.99 per person. The bar special will feature 1st quarter half-off draft beer. Kick-off is at 3:30 p.m. and the restaurant will remain open until the end of the game.

Wednesday is Kids Night! All kids 7 and under eat free with each paid adult. The kids buffet features choices like “Dino” chicken tenders, mac and cheese, mini corn dogs, apple sauce, pudding and many other kid friendly choices. Adults will have a limited home-style cooked menu for only $9.99.

Thursday, Friday and Saturday are featuring a new restaurant menu, along with a new wine list. Entertainment on Friday night is provided by James Wells. Beginning February 4, the Lighthouse will add an additional night of entertainment. See next The Friday Flyer for details. Kids 7-under still eat free with each paid adult.

The ever popular Sunday Brunch continues with additional upgrades and includes carved prime rib, omelet and waffle station and an array of fresh foods. The cost is $21.95 per adult and $13.95 per child 8 and up. Kids 7 and under eat free.

Valentine’s Day

The Lighthouse Restaurant's Valentine’s Day special menu will be offered Tuesday, February 14, from 5 to 9 p.m. For reservations, call 244-6841, ext. 771 or 723. The menu will be as follows:

House Salad with Choice of Dressing or Cream of Butternut Squash Soup

Entrees

Twin Filet Mignon for Two $50

Tender Filet Mignon, cooked to perfection and topped with a light Sauce Béarnaise, accompanied with Duchess Potatoes and Baby Stem Carrots

Salmon Wellington $27

Fresh caught Atlantic Salmon wrapped in puff pastry, blended with fresh leeks and mushrooms, topped with a creamy Dijon sauce and served with rice pilaf and baby carrots

Chicken Cordon Rouge $25

Moist Chicken Breast stuffed with gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese and roasted red bell peppers, served with a Sauce Veloute, rice pilaf and baby carrots

Easter Brunch

Members are invited to make reservations for the Easter Sunday Champagne Brunch at the Lighthouse on April 8. Seating times will be 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. The cost is $24.95 for adults and $13.95 per child 8 and up.
