The Fine Arts Guild has scheduled two upcoming events. Back by popular demand, Jay White will return to Canyon Lake on March 24 in an impersonation of "America's Neil Diamond Live." As a side note, in 2011 Neil Diamond was honored at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC. with a lifetime achievement award for performing artists. 

On June 23, the popular singing group Kulayd will be serving “Kulayd in the Park” at Holiday Harbor. This annual Hollywood Bowl style event features entertainment and dancing, plus table decorating, picnic dining and opportunity drawings.

The Reel People Ron and Leigh Martel weigh in on the Welk Resort Theatre's production of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying," a delightful musical comedy for the whole family. It will run through February 26.

Starring local San Diego favorite Scott Dreier as Bud Frump and Allen Everman as J. Pierrepont, this is the story of a young entrepreneur who works his way from window washer to VP of the company, all with the help of a book of tips.  

There are 1 p.m. matinee performances Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday; an 8 p.m. evening performance on Thursdays; and a 6:30 p.m. showing on Sundays. 'Of Mice and Men'

Canyon Lake resident Bo Linton plays the role of Boss in the Temecula Valley Players' production of “Of Mice and Men” at Old Town Temecula Theater, 42051 Main St. in Temecula.
