Betty Jane Brown, 82, passed away December 28, 2011, at her residence in Canyon Lake, succumbing to complications from a stroke.
She was born in Barberton, Ohio, April 9, 1929. Prior to retirement, she worked in the medical field. Her career began as a "candy striper" in the 1940s. Prior to moving to Canyon Lake in September 2008, Betty lived in the Murrieta area for 22 years.

Charles Stephen Phipps lost his battle with cancer December 23, 2011 at Kaiser Hospital in Riverside, California.
Charles was born August 10, 1980 in Upland, California. He was a graduate of Temescal Canyon High School and was a sales associate at Home Depot in Perris, California. He resided in Canyon Lake since 2010.
